EAL Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Performing Engineering Operations

The EAL Level 2 Diploma in Performing Engineering Operations is a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ). It has been designed for learners undertaking specific pathways within the Welsh Apprenticeship Pathway in Improving Operational Performance and is suitable for learners aged 16-18 and 19+ learners in full-time education who are interested in pursuing a career in the engineering and manufacturing sector, including entry into occupations and job roles for engineering practices or technical support.The qualification may also be suitable for adults interested in engineering and manufacturing and/or considering a career change. 

The minimum age for registration is 16. For 14-16 learners please use the EAL Level 2 Diploma in Practical Engineering (610/0089/8) which is similar to the PEO but is better suited for 14-16 learners in a controlled environment.
